Chef – Owner Robert Wood has been a student of the restaurant business for over 14 years. Starting off a grunt and earning his stripes every step of the way he has earned a solid reputation as one of the best chefs in the Savannah area.
With Green Tomato Concepts as the platform he now seeks to utilize that knowledge to give shape to existing or aspiring restaurateurs’ visions.
As GTC assesses the situation there are three levels of involvement required for menu consultation.

A) Creation and implementation of the menu concept. This, being the shortest in terms of length of time it takes, requires the most skill. Therefore it also requires the most money. |

B) Management and maintenance of the opening/transitional weeks. This critical time right after a change in concept or opening of a restaurant will be handled by our team of chefs to ensure execution. |
 |
C) Promotional/Marketing – GTC has a data base of affluent clientele that is growing on a daily basis and would enjoy the opportunity to share clientele, venue and profits so long that it seems of good nature to all parties involved. |
