Pyrus Conference is the easiest and most reliable pear for UK conditions, sweet and juicy with delicious melting flesh. Self-fertile. Your fruit tree will arrive as a young sapling, 4 - 6 foot in height, in bare-root form. Our fruit trees are each packed in specially designed boxes and sent by courier to ensure they arrive with you in excellent, healthy condition. Please note that fruit trees ordered in autumn and winter will arrive without leaves as they will have already fallen for the winter and will have gone into dormancy. Fruit trees are best planted when dormant, so plant on arrival and give it a good dose of water. The following spring you will see the buds grow and eventually leaves will appear on the branches.
