Vivaldi seed potatoes are a mouth watering second early variety. They are lovely and creamy whether boiled, baked, mashed or roasted. Versatile Potato ‘Vivaldi’ is excellent for producing high yields of 'baby potatoes' or for larger tubers as a second early/early maincrop. The oval tubers are yellow skinned with pale yellow flesh and have good common scab resistance. This easy to grow variety is well suited to growing in containers or potato bags.Plant early in February or March for an early harvest in June. If February or March is to early, you could plant at the normal time of year in April, for a harvest in July or August.

Wilja seed potatoes were one of the first, Dutch-bred, varieties to change the rule book about second earlies. Wilja allowed large consistent crops of light yellow skinned tubers to be produced in a shorter time period. The flesh of Wilja potatoes is yellow and firm being in-between waxy and floury. A great all-rounder, good for boiling, salads, mashing, baking roasting and of course chips!Plant early in February or March for an early harvest in June.
